Walmart finally wins a lawsuit - AGAINST A MENTALLY ILL WOMAN

No wonder WalMart get their asses handed to them by public opinion.  It doesn’t matter how many cents you save on a box of laundry detergent when the World’s Largest Retailer - WalMart, sues a mentally disabled ex-employee and beats her out of nearly $500,000!!!

In an article featured on the Wake Up WalMart Blog, features details about WalMart’s big win against Debbie Shank, with WalMart citing they sued “out of fairness to everyone who contributes” to the insurance plan.

What a crock of shit.  What’s worse is that the Supreme Court upheld this crap!

Where is the fairness? The woman is disabled and the money recovered from her accident was put aside for her care. Nice for a retailer with a smiley face as one of its identifying symbols to act in such a manner. And the Supreme Court? bunch of jackasses.
